12 week programme specific to your sport position, developing strength, speed, agility and stamina. As part of this service, you will receive; -Your own individual plan, focusing on areas you need to or would like to improve on, ensuring you get the results you desire. -Weekly check-ins -Daily challenges to keep you on track and focused. -Messaging and support throughout your programme in addition to check-ins, to help keep you accountable and motivated. Work with me and I will devise your own individual plan specific to your sport, so that you will be challenged and supported along the way to improve your game.
