12 week programme focusing on developing core strength, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance for acrobatic sport such as Gymnastics. As part of this service, you will receive; -Your own individual plan, focusing on areas you need to or would like to improve on, ensuring you get the results you desire. -Weekly check-ins -Daily challenges to keep you on track and focused. -Messaging and support throughout your programme in addition to check-ins, to help keep you accountable and motivated.
